A little Healthy Competition

Here is my submission for Brian Kesinger's fanart contest for Otto and Victoria! I had so much fun making this one! I haven't drawn anything for fun in a while and this was a great opportunity to get my drawing skills going! I absolutely love the Otto and Victoria series! XD
I used a felt tipped pen for the lineart and colored it in photoshop!
